Data Deletion Policy

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and in compliance with Facebook's Platform Policy, you have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including any data received via Facebook Login.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@laundromatai.app
  2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the email address or Facebook name associated with your account.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. BIR financial records).
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Some records may be retained when legally required for compliance, fraud prevention, or active legal proceedings.

Facebook Login Data

You can also revoke LaundromatAI access directly in Facebook settings:

  1. Go to Facebook App Settings
  2. Find LaundromatAI in your connected apps list
  3. Click Remove

Revoking access stops future data sharing. To delete data already stored in our systems, email privacy@laundromatai.app.
