Frequently asked questions
- What happens if I exceed the Freemium seat limit?
- You'll see a cap notice in the Staff List UI. You can archive an existing staff member to free up the seat, or upgrade to Starter for unlimited seats.
- Can I have different staff in different branches?
- Yes. Each staff member's profile includes branch assignment. They can only view and act on data for their assigned branch.
